Nothing seems to count as food today so: bring 2oz (egg etc) noodles to a boil in 8oz salted water. Reduce to a simmer and stirr often, til pasta is done and water is absorbed. Add a tbsp butter and stir, it will thicken the leeched pasta starch. Off heat briefly then pepper, parmesan, done.
