Interesting to note: this kind of guarding - like you see on TASS video from Severomorsk on October 6 - is normally made for nuclear weapons. See the soldier and green tent. The Kazan, a Yasen-M class multipurpose submarine, can carry cruise missiles armed with ☢️-warheads.

Russia's Defence Ministry confirms that a rocket carrying "military satellites" was launched from Plesetsk at 5.40 a.m. local time on Monday, August 24. The launch comes one day after drone alerts all over the Arkhangelsk region. More background here:
