This might be one of the clearest graphs I've seen for the reasons behind why rich people should donate their surplus income to poor people. I donate 10% of my income each month to @give-directly.bsky.social and @givingwhatwecan.bsky.social 🙂 I'm able to live normally on the remaining funds.

I've been digging into Andrew Scott's paper and found an interesting table modeling a theoretical therapy applied once a year that regenerates either 1 year, 9 months, 6 months, or 3 months of aging at different ages (see table). 🧵
