@mistermallard.bsky.social and I find comfort in Middle Eastern food. Our first real date was lunch at a Middle Eastern spot. So this past weekend, we made a rice bowl with falafel and zaatar-roasted purple cauliflower. Everything was made fresh, with no oils, and completely vegan.
