His other book is full of beautiful photos and stories but it also includes a recipe for a version of her favourite pasta dish, spaghetti al pomodoro (he says she ate pasta every day), a pesto, and a rice wine vinegar salad dressing recipe. She used to say that “chocolate chased away the blues”.
