Something AI is responsible for that doesn't get enough talk: How, when it scrapes a website to illegally steal everything on it, it uses up a ton of its bandwidth allotment, crashing it or racking up massive fees for site owners.

I had to make an impromptu trip to the city for one day, so I'm away from my tablet+computer. I'll be back tomorrow and be able to work on my commissions

People supporting and commissioning are all arround the world, in any situations but they keep helping out the artists they love. Thanks to them, many artists can pay rents, food, bills. If disabled: meds, custom items to help them. We have to celebrate those who help us everyday and respect us!

In this period of time filled with AI stupidity, let's celebrate those we are not celebrating enough: Art supporters, Art commissioners THANK YOU! Thanks to YOU, many artists can do what they do the best and keep being productive but most importantly Artists can LIVE!

I don’t want to be too sensationalist about this but also I’m the least violent person in the world and I think if someone said this to my face I’d hit them

"A physical book is a delivery mechanism for information," it continues.
"Once that information has been extracted and encoded into an Al model, the delivery mechanism has served its purpose. What remains is paper, ink, and binding material. The book is not destroyed. Its value has migrated.
The paper returns to the material cycle; the knowledge enters the intellectual one."

I can't really help feeling repelled the more hype I see for media. Especially if the fandom for something is super obnoxious. I avoid big active communities for this (specially with lots of minors). That being said I'm glad my friends showed me TADC. It would have been a shame to miss out on it.

I recently finished big project - Fantasy Coloring Book - with 30 unique b/w illustrations of various fantasy creatures and scenes! you can buy a copy on amazon - www.amazon.com/dp/B0GTGVMYVH reblogs are much appreciated! #art #digitalart #traditionalart #coloringbook

cover of Fantasy Coloring Book. by Maria-Ruta. there is crossed AI sign in the corner. there are 2 examples of how you can color same illustration completely differently - one griffin illustration is colored like it is during the day and another one is colored as if the scene takes place during dawn

4 sneak peaks cuts from the coloring book - 1) a dragon wearing a crown, 2) spider lady who wears a witch hat and smiles, 3) mystical figure with deer skull for head and clawed hand with spiky vines hanging on their horns, 4) a hare knight riding a lion
