Or, indeed, follow them. The output of generative AI is broadly based on most probable sequences given what the model had previously been trained on, so anything you "instruct" it with can be thought of as suggestions rather than laws. There's no cast iron guarantee of any particular kind of output.

I watched the first season. Impressive adaptation honestly. Bit of jigging around characters and plot lines from what I understand. But a damn good effort for a book series which many have said could NEVER BE FILMED!!

First couple of the earlier seasons were very entertaining (ordinary people making stuff) then of course they do the z-list celebrity contestants and it's all down hill from there. Unwatchable since that Noel character got involved. Even Nigella can't save it now.
