Marathon. Glitch with my favorite gun. Please ignore Void's lack of horns. And the scopeless longshot. Oop. #marathonthegame #glitch #vandal #void #assassin #aux #triage #sketchbook #stryderM1T

Vampire short comic page 4 (last page) I'm learning a lot doing these quick comics! Thinking eventually I'll compile theses into a book, a compendium of mini stories. #vampire #comic #short #manga #traditional #ink #inking

I grew up #birodrawing. To me, they’re basically #ink pencils, I love the range of shading and tone you get #crosshatching. It takes forever to fill a page like this, but the effect is worth it. This came from a sketch I did years ago, when I was heavily into #cyberpunk. #inking #traditionalart

Working on a short 4 page manga style comic, exploring style and workflow using traditional techniques. I'm pencilling and inking traditionally, then cleaning up and toning digitally. The 4 page idea is to quickly explore different processes. #mangaart #mangastyle #indiecomic #comicpage #comic

Taking some timeout from a super busy show to do some studies, I'd be happy if my comic looked a tenth as good as Berserk. #berserk #kentaro #miura #manga #study #ink #inking #traditional #fountainpen #drawing #art #comic #guts #master #anime #linework #rocks #stone #black #shadow #demon #ghoul

I realised something today, I needed to give myself permission to make a shit comic. I've been so wrapped up in making it perfect that I've completely stalled. Now I can just get going and embrace the ugly for the sake of progress! #comic #comics #art #reflection #advice #journey #creating

Had a thought about a Samurai armourer in medieval Europe, and what the armour fusion might look like. Traditional dip pen art. #samurai #armour #art #illustration #medieval #manga #comic #indiecomic #sketch #drawing #OC #traditionalart #dippen #inking #ink #design #character #japanese #europe

I've figured out a decent workflow and feeling pretty excited to get started on my comic. Digital rough > trad inks > digital tones #comic #inking #test #concept #digital #drawing #medieval #visualdevelopment #lookdev #traditional #inks #dippen

Did this dude a while back while researching armour - and I'm really enjoying exploring this subject in my drawing. Where has your drawing taken you?! #armour #fight #sword #knight #medieval #twisbieco #fountainpen

A couple knights from my sketchbook, drawn with a Twisbi Eco fountain pen. This was a few months back now and sparked my journey back into traditional after years of digital painting. #knights #medieval #armour #taunt #horse #comics #inking #twisbi #traditional #art

A recent artwork I did while exploring different inking styles. It also provided a good opportunity to try out my new Kaweco AL sport fountain pen. #swordsman #inking #medieval #armour #roots #nature #rock #foliage #art #kaweco #fountainpen

Playing around with some armour designs, mostly just as a style test for my on-going comic project. #medieval #armour #helmet #skull #iron #inking #comic #platearmour #sketching #drawing

As I work towards my first comic I'm exploring how to ink foliage and natural scenes. I've been drawing a lot of incredible inspiration from Bernie Wrightson's Frankenstein and the Vinland Saga Manga. #berniewrightson #frankenstein #vinlandsaga #manga #inking #foliage #comics #nature #grass

Just read Kentaro Miura's Giganto Maxia, it was such a great short story, the artwork is phenomenal! What a master he was - now to continue reading Beserk volume 6 #kentaromiura #gigantomaxia #beserk #manga #master #japan #mangaka #art

Manga one-shot in the works! Sharing some initial ink explorations, and a peek at my floor desk setup. Anyone else a beginner manga/comic artist? I've been drawing for years but this will be my first comic ever. #manga #sketch #comicart #ink #fountainpen #lammysafari #inksketch #creativeprocess
