I’m collecting some fun endorsements over on twt! Tara wrote the IGN article and interviewed Daisy (she has an article with more of her interview coming out at the end of the month!) and Joshua is VP of Franchise Development for James Cameron (Avatar) 👀

It's funny to me that both Adam and Daisy sat down with journalists to talk about their "current" upcoming movies, but the only thing talked about was The Hunt for Ben Solo. Coincidence? 😏 sure lol

The full quote is lovely and effusive. Always good when the Sequel actors can see that they *are* loved and appreciated by fans. Thanks, @tarabennett.bsky.social, for the interview!

“I do love when there is a collective of positivity,” she said about the consensus of everyone who seems to want The Hunt for Ben Solo to happen. “The way the internet seems to have rallied to try and get it to happen. I think one), it's fantastic for us all. It's good for us to all be united about something in a really positive way. Obviously, everyone knows he was a very popular character, but it was also lovely to think, 'Wow, people really, really care and want this.' I just... I like it. I like when people join forces — excuse the pun — from all around the world, all different sorts of people. I just love that the Star Wars fandom is such a huge and gorgeous array of different points of view and different people, and the fact that everyone is really behind this thing, I think, is just sort of lovely, in a time that is so fucking nuts for probably every single person on this Earth. I think it's wonderful. So I was surprised, and honestly, I felt joyful about how it went down.”

10/10 character introduction. The resiliency, the hope, the independence, the yearning. I fell so hard for Rey from Nowhere and will follow that character anywhere. 💛

Aurore Folny painting of Rey sitting on a small dune, the Jakku sunset reflected in a scavenged Rebel flight helmet.

Save Ben Solo Day is Nov 19th! @firstorderempress on tiktok is planning a meetup in Batuu East (Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida). Please help spread the word! And if anyone wants to organize a West Coast event that would be awesome too! #TheHuntForBenSolo www.tumblr.com/pumpkin-quee...

Bring your blue lightsabers and wear your Ben Solo or Kylo merch! We'll meet at his ship for the last show of the day at 6:30.

Important details: This will be at Batuu East (Hollywood Studios) but if anyone wants to make a West Coast version I would love to see that!

Don't bring signs since they're banned by Disney, and please keep the event positive! I just want to show how many people still love this character and want him to return in the future.

I will never understand people who think it's the dead flesh that matters in stories of sacrifice. It's just plain weird, it's so beyond the point of why sacrifices are considered meaningful in the first place. The person surviving a sacrifice does not, cannot negate the sacrifice.

Does anyone feel like the lack of news for #thehuntforbensolo is a good thing? Like disney could have easily put out a statement thanking the fans for their enthusiasm and definitively stating that the project is cancelled but so far it’s just been no comment from disney or Lucasfilm hmmmmm
