We decided to not to go the vet. He seems perfectly fine now. Eating normally and playing with his toys. Purring loudly. Demanding more food. The usual cat behavior. I think we're just worried because our last cats had so many medical problems. It is still on our minds.

Got an appointment for Thursday!!! So don't have to wait for our other vet and it is still walking distance... still carrying a heavy cat is more difficult for me now but I'll do it. I'll do anything for my babies and wife. They are my family.

I'm not well. I keep making mistakes. Today was due to our cat, the big tuxedo, has been acting oddly, not running for food when the alarm goes off. I needed to move some money for the vet and change the password. I copied the new one and then copied something before pasting the new one somewhere.

No matter the level of my back pain when one of my cats makes eye contact and rolls over to show their belly I have to bend over to pet them. So much pain but so soft and worth it. (sorry for that blurry photo, she kept moving around, cat people know this happens and still keep the blurry photos.)

I'm at the point where I won't go to the hospital, knowing I probably should, because we're still trapped under the bills from my relapse and The Kid's gender affirming care after being cut off by insurance. I stopped asking for help because of guilt and shame, but...the need is still there.

I ended up snapping today. My wife had a dentist appointment. Last year I had to get two wisdoms pulled. They kept pushing this new insurance at me. Wouldn't give up. I was watching a GW2 video and art of an Asura popped up. I thought it was cute but then noticed something. The art had 5 fingers, without claws, and normal feet, not three large toes. Funny, how most would think 5 fingers looks right, but not in fantasy. I wonder where they got the art. Hmmm?
