The Gold Leaf by Kristen Hall & illustrated by Matthew Forsythe from @enchantedlion.bsky.social A cautionary tale of greed with woodland creatures, hopeful ending & subtle environmentalist message. Feels like an old folk tale in the best way. Beautiful gold foil details! #picturebook #ALAAC2025
