i think out of all three movies this one is my favorite.. i love how this trilogy has been stories about women in feudal japan. Mononoke has always been very female-centered and the characters being allowed to develop across three movies really helps the women shine,,

getting my friend into #homestuck means all I can think about drawing lately are my #cringe little #homestuck ocs from like a million years ago. so now I have to #draw them.

A group of four Homestuck fantrolls in a row. The first is a green-blooded troll girl whose horns are pointed inward to resemble a silhouette of cat ears. She has a slight cleft palate and is holding a phone in one hand, rolling her eyes toward the rest of the group.
The second in line is a tall yellow-blooded fellow with some absolutely massive shades and some sleek clothes that look like something out of Star Trek or some other nerd franchise. He has almost three pairs of horns: one of them coming below his big ears like mutton chops and two on his forehead that act as a pseudo-pair themselves. He seems to be regarding the next person down the line with brotherly condescension.
The third is the shortest: a spunky troll girl with bright lime and candy red shades that obscure her eyes, wearing a yellow halter sports bra with her sign on it, peeking through a dark red oversized tee that has crude art of an angry mustachio'ed frog. She has a big toothy grin on her face and is waving dismissively at the tall one.
The last one in line is a teal-blooded individual with fairly plain clothes compared to the others-- just a simple tee and some pants-- and a pair of two large fangs akin to a sabertooth cat. He has two left hands, and is nudging the girl before him and pointing in their general direction.

A purple-blooded fellow with massive horns and what appears to be blood smattered on a painter's apron, which is all he's wearing on top. The last two-- the violet and fuchsia blooded duo-- are posed together as if singing on stage, dressed in semi-punky rocker gear. The violet-blood holds a bass guitar modeled after an anchor and sings mournfully into a handsfree mic, while the fuchsia-blood takes on a more enthusiastic, Freddie Mercury-esque stance.

Two simplistic godtier halfbodies of a rusty troll in red and gold dancer gear and a copper troll in white and brown cowgirl gear. They seem to be dancing together.
