I'm really happy with how they turned out, and I hope yall like them as well! Im glad I could do justice to a locomotive that, in my opinion, was done a little dirty by the model makers at the time Thanks for checking them out! 🙏

I tried giving them the pipes on their sides like the real L class/Charlie's CGI model have, but feel torn on if it throws off the classic style or not I quite like how they look outside of trying to match the style though, It'll also be made into a load if they're ever exported

The previous seasons were random with who got a footstep and who didn't (looking at you Duck & Oliver), but I think it elevates their look so I opted to keep them on If they ever get exported into game, Ill have them done as a load so people can choose if they want it on or not

With that same logic, I also gave Charlie a footstep while not giving one to Billy whether the crew would have given either a footstep is up in the air, as there's no standard gauge engine to point to in S4 whose basis had one, so I had to take a guess on what they might do

One thing I did to separate them a bit more was give them different kinds of buffers/coupling houses, as the real world MWs had little differences between them too Would it be something theyd do in the show? Not intentionally, but I think it adds an extra layer to their designs

(I like to think that it's a scar from a nasty accident in his youth, and it's not something Billy likes being brought up)

Dalton @thetrainiac123.bsky.social · 14/09/2026
I wanted to keep Billy's jank teeth but without it looking cartoonish, so I went with a large chip of out the center instead I think it does a good job of looking the part while not looking out of place

"Don't call me silly!" "But I don't mind!" Series 4 - Billy & Charlie the Saddle Tank Engines! I've grown very fond of the Manning Wardle L class lately, and with 2 already in the show it became the natural next loco to "classic-ify" Some of the design thought process below ⤵️

"Listen, bud! In the States, we don't care a dime for a few spills!" Next up from the Mid Sodor fleet is the troublemaker himself, Series 4 - Stanley the American Engine! With this model I wanted to answer the question of if David and Britt took Smudger out back and shot him

Don't buy this from the Walmart site. I've done this twice already and I kept getting the mainline Thomas instead. The people working there even said it's the same one. Idiots.

Inspiration struck me while watching @/TheUnluckyTug 's latest video and I knew it wouldn't stop nagging me until I tried it, after having the OG for decades it feels pretty blursed but I dig it lol Big thanks to @/Unhelpful_Git for the original Daisy/Boco meshes used to make her!

"I'm highly sprung and right up to date" Series 2 - Daisy the Diesel Railcar(Revamped Edition)! With the recent revelations about her, I wanted to design what she could've looked like if she had a fully custom model instead of being hodgepodged together as a last minute addition

"Bonjour!" To fittingly follow up on the last TVS-ification of a CGI character, here's Series 4 - Millie the Estate Engine! With simplified details & more accurate proportions, my aim was to strike a nice balance between her basis and CGI model's charm #SmallScaleContinuedSeries

Im not exaggerating when I say I’ve waited almost 20 years to own one of these again. Like one of my earliest memories is playing with this thing and then it just disappeared from the house one day and it’s at the back of my mind ever since.

Atlas: an 0-6-0 from the States acting as the "spare" on the railway, usually found doing odd jobs and maintenance duty when not filling in for unavailable engines He does his work well but commonly overstates his importance to the railway, much to the annoyance of the others

Dalton @thetrainiac123.bsky.social · 12/05/2025
Alfred: An earnest and bubbly Baldwin 0-4-0 who is hard to dislike, he originally worked at mines in North America before coming to the railway He feels more comfortable pulling goods than he does working with passengers, but is happy to give a good try to any work he's given

Dalton @thetrainiac123.bsky.social · 12/05/2025
Jennings: a Fletcher-Jennings 0-4-0 built to similar design of engines like Townsend Hook and Captain Baxter, one of the original handful of engines on the line but they've been renumbered since arrival Unlike Gerry who's cocky but means well, Jennings is just a dick lol

Dalton @thetrainiac123.bsky.social · 12/05/2025
Gerry: a fictitious one-off prototype by A.B.S. & Co in attempt to make a new mass-producible model for market competition the idea of many engines being built in his image gave him a high self esteem, but no one told Gerry they went back to the drawing board after his purchase

John: a friendly but firm Bagnall saddle tank who worked at a small harbour before coming to the Mid Sodor After arriving he fittingly became the primary engine for the Boat Train service, but will occasionally be seen taking goods when the workload demands it
