Managers are literally the ones who order the product everyday. They order too much of the same stuff or stuff that doesn't even move for MONTHS and it usually expires before it hits the shelves. Its so overcrowded with items everywhere because of it in the back and they have the gall to blame us???

Wild to hear my assistant manager basically blaming me and my coworkers for having so much deadstock in the backroom on the floor... When we literally have NO room for any of it on the racks and pallets because him and the other manager orders SO MUCH STUFF we don't even need. I hate this job lol.

I REALLY want to get into 3D modeling assets/accessories a lot more so I can start taking them as commissions! Esp with animating them and doing some huge mesh edits to push my Cybernetics and horror creativity even more! I have a lot of major goals I want to achieve!

It hasn't been that hot/humid recently so its been a lot more bearable to work at my retail job. I haven't been sweating to death and drained as much. I still don't have my other day off since we're short-staffed as hell here... So I am still limited on time, but I do have more energy than before.

DEPENDING on how many Halloween inquiries I get for my retextures, I MIGHT start working on 3D modeling again on the side! I've been feeling pretty motivated again ever since I worked on my Horrorcon booth! Although It depends on how things will go and how much free time I'll have.

As someone who has been there, done that and is still on that journey. I completely understand those fears while needing to go quiet for a while. Never think of yourself as selfish if you need to step away for a bit. Its perfectly okay! Those bonds will stay the same! Your health always comes first!

FINALLY got a hold of HR... and back to job hunting I go. All that chasing for an answer only to be told that I didn't get hired. Cool. Welp, looks like I'm gonna be stuck even longer here at my current job. 💀

Saaame. I'm gonna assume they've just been busy all day. I'm planning to call tomorrow and maybe Thursday, but if I hear nothing back then I'll see if I can speak to one of the managers to give em a poke instead.

I'm gonna try to call again tomorrow, but if I hear nothing back then I'm just gonna leave it for now and try to find another job I guess. This honestly has been bumming me out since I want to get out of my current job super freaking badly but I can't outright quit since I NEED the money.

I'm gonna assume they're probably busy right now, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't starting to get a bit annoyed. I was told last week I'd hear back by Friday and I even gave them the date that I could start... But I have to push that back farther now. I've been TRYING to follow up ever since.

Still nothing from the place I interviewed at. I was told yesterday to call tomorrow(today) and I had to leave another voicemail and never heard back. 🙃 Kinda really sucks tbh since I was getting my hopes up that I'd finally be out of this current hellhole that's been draining the hell out of me.
