A “Bring Me To Life” by Evanescence fan edit, but it’s to clips of Trazyn and Orikan.

Finally hit my mid-life crisis; I'm gettin' crafty for my ttrpg stuff, also getting into wargaming. Yeah, I'm painting. Yeah, I'm exploring using resin to make stuff. Yeah, I'm coming up with my own methods on doing all this. I figure it's better and less cringy than the alternatives.

I have been gaming for almost 30 years at this point. I have played and/or ran many different ttrpgs, and been a part of a myriad adventures, both long and short. To this day, one of the best written adventures in terms of general vibes and pacing is still Rise of the Runelords.

More than just Golarion, more than just Pathfinder itself, Rise of the Runelords is probably one of my favorite pieces of media amidst the veritable universe of it I have encountered. It features an interesting villain, compelling allies, a mysterious story, and a lot of room for modification.

My partner and I are looking into building a media server, and finding ALL THE DVDs to rip to it. Along with other methods we've perfected over the years. I do not mind at all creating an online community space to share media with my friends and loved ones to help preserve historical media.

Robert Rath deserves all the flowers from GW, after over 15 years, and swearing I wouldn't try get into 40k again, I am now a core rule book deep, saving for sets, and getting my paint supplies ready... Trazyn stole a lot of stuff, chief among them, my heart.

This is amazing. Both local, and at a time of year I can manage! PAX Unplugged is a convention I’ve wanted to go to for years, 2nd only to Gen Con. Friends, if you plan on making the trip to Houston in June to visit this con, let me know and I would be happy to provide a place for you to crash.

I missed the livestream, but watched this last night, and man I find the coolest games from Worm Girl, and have added this to my already bloated list of games I need to play.

Knowing Trazyn, somewhere on Solemnace, he has an entire exhibit devoted to Funko Pops. It's not complete, not because it wasn't possible, but after like 3 years of collecting he just got tired of it.

Years ago, like almost 20, I bought a Tau starter box with the intent to get into Warhammer. At the time, I was stupid, I left my minis in the car, in Texas, in July, and they warped to, well, the warp and back. Now I'm considering building a Necron army, and fielding these two glorious nerds...

Reading "The Warped & The Wicked" and I made the realization that.

Image depicting the idea that "The Infinite & The Divine", and "The Warped & The Wicked" is just "Good Omens" for Warhammer 40k Nerds.

Graveyard Keeper 2 - 9/22/2026 Final Fantasy Resonance - 10/22/2026 Two big ol' games I'm wanting badly coming out within a month of each other? All while I'm teaching my first college class?

Related dumb, personal, not real at all but it's fun headcannon: The founding leader of the Blood Ravens Chapter of Space Marines isn't an astartes at all, they're an experiment by Trazyn to steal shit for him.

Started Re-Reading "The Infinite & The Divine" to read "The Wicked & The Warped." I am so pumped to get back to my tragic old robot yaoi story.

I STG, one of the classic Megaten games that looks like it has a banger of a story, and cool (albeit simple) mechanics ALSO happens to be the porny one (smdh). Sigh...

Side note, all of this to say I truly trust WotC very little, especially when handling this material. After Planescape, Spelljammer, and whatever other crap they've recently published, they proved they couldn't even get "gimme" settings right.

I am going to be a bit more acidic than my normal tone, but I have to vent a little bit. If you are aware of Dark Sun, and you think it is bad because of the problematic elements, then I don't think you have enough Media Literacy for me to respect your opinion on it. Each post will have TW content

Playing only D&D and no other ttrpg, but playing it enough to consider yourself a “ttrpg player” is like saying you play board games, but you only play Monopoly.

It’s probably not what will happen, but with the F3 and NV remasters, I’d love them to just be F3 and NV using one of the newer iterations of the fallout engine, either 4 or 76’s. And I would love some kind of settlement building, either settlements themselves or a camp like solution, a home base.

Love that WotC walked this announcement back due to the backlash. Now we'll lurch along with DnD still being the primary game of the hobby, and people still supporting WotC financially (not necessarily socially) until they do the NEXT 'oops', rinse and repeat.

My partner and I have been fostering cats for an adoption group for a little over a year now. A year ago we took in 4 kittens from my Uncle's property that the adoption group (Lear's Legacy btw) helped us find homes for. (two of the cats pictured here; Tootsie Roll and Reese)
