Illustration is a major task in my day job, but I'm always sad that I can't share what I'm working on. I got to illustrate two operating principles this week and it was so fun. Basically they show how the machine works using a cutaway method.

It has been a lot of fun developing my “cave art” style. In the context of my story, the most common cave art does not depict eyes, as it is considered a taboo to include them. It is thought to bind the soul of the creature depicted and thus, cause their spirit to be angry.
