Youngest got the flu Sunday, oldest got it yesterday. Spouse is currently in tech week for a musical that opens Friday. I'm here using vacation time to stay home with the kids, because the sick time is all gone now. Just gotta make it to Sunday and I think we'll be good. We'll make it.

Holy shit I did it. It took two hours to get a single part loose and I spent a total of $150 on tools and parts. Last time I called a plumber out to do this it was $400 and that was seven years ago, so I can't imagine what it would be now.

Yup, I feel like it's the make or break step for me. I have a small notch in it to tap with a screwdriver and I just soaked it in PB Blaster (which sounds like a Dairy Queen treat)
