Oh, that’s fun. I usually track sessions with my trainer in Apple health but neat! 27,290 pounds moved!

A summary of a workout today, Sunday May 17. It shows that I moved 27,290 pounds of weight in 24 sets, split roughly 25/25/20 percent between back, legs, and arms. My average heart rate through the workout was 135 bpm with a graph showing when it spiked and dropped. The highest bpm was 164 while the lowest was 98.

So this is my four months of progress at the gym. I am pretty happy with how things are going. I also wish there was a custom “hide this as a spoiler” option other than suggestive/adult/graphic content since I can just mark this with a tag on Mastodon and let people choose to see it that way…

I picked up a gym membership and a trainer in December and we are almost officially at the end of February. One of the things we’ve been doing is interval training on a bike and it has been neat to see this go from a gradual slope to more of a cliff shape.

The TV is definitely the most expensive part of my system followed by the tv bench. At the time a fair number of people were desperate to get rid of stereo systems and speakers for some reason.

I’m 90% the human I was this time last year? Really should have looked into things sooner. I was hungry all the time essentially because food could make it all the way through in under 12 hours. A year on liraglutide has slowed that down and I actually get to feel satiated now.

The new bike. When I saw they had donut themed bells I had to get one. Fenders are in transit and I am researching hitch mount bike racks because it barely fit in the car.
