I supported Andy Burnham back in the 2015 Labour leadership election. I'm no longer a member of any political party, but watching Andy on TV up there on the stage at Labour Conference fills my heart & mind with hope for our future. A wonderful speech, spoken with passion & determination.

Been given the results. I have Female Pattern hairloss. Recommended to try Minoxydile foam. Or have a hair transplant. Or stick with my wigs. A few years ago I did a trial of microneedling on my scalp, may look into that again, now that I know this is me for life. It's not vanity, it's identity.

Important appointment this morning for me, finding out the outcome of a scalp biopsy I had earlier this year. I'll hopefully find out if my hairloss is treatable or not. If it's a long term after effect of chemo 8 years ago or a kind of alopecia. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Just popped to the local B&M. Spent the whole time saying excuse me to people totally blocking the aisles as they stood chatting to whoever they were with. One corner was completely filled with two women and a dog in a pushchair.... Let's just say my patience has been tested 🤣
