I’ve literally argued for years NCAA was playing Congress to secure an Anti-Trust exemption. It’s working. People told me Congress would never get involved, or why would NCAA look so powerless… well, they just got the Senate to give them their heart’s desire. Took 4 years, but it’s inching closer.

My Grammy loved sports. As a Transplant to Arizona, she adopted the Diamondbacks and went to many games even in to her 80s. Born on the 4th Of July, even without the freedom to play in the All-American Girl Baseball League, she was an All-American Girl. God, Beer, Baseball until the end.
