My weight loss journey. In the last 7 months I've dropped 24kg. That's around 53lbs or heading to 4 stone. How? By intermittent fasting. I started by fasting 12/12 and now just eat once a day. Typical meals: Salad with meat/fish & cheese Fruit/yoghurt/nuts/seeds Scrambled eggs & beans

#bluemoon #micromoon #moonphotography #lunar The second full moon in the month rose last night at 10.28 local time, making it a 'blue' moon. Additionally, at its apogee, as a 'micro-moon'. The last one I'll see in my lifetime, the next not being until 2053. Caught just a few degrees over the horizon

You can't call immigrants lazy moochers looking for government handouts and then round them up at Home Depots where you know they are looking for work. You can't say immigrants don't follow the rules and then round them up in courthouses where they are following the rules. Get your lies straight.

You think car running costs are bad? Look at this from 1919. Annual cost to run and maintain a 16 hp vehicle was £112, which is equivalent to £7,400 or $10,000. That was for c9000 miles travelled with fuel cost at just over 1 shilling/gallon. Almost half the total cost was for replacing tyres.

Street Art in Vigo, Spain. Looks to be tagged Vasiko. Not listed as one of the 388, so may be recent? #streetart #Vigo #travelphotography

The olive tree symbolic of the City of Vigo. The original was planted hundreds of years ago, but destroyed in the 19th century. A branch was saved and replanted in 1932 to symbolise the firm promise of the love, loyalty and sacrifice for the City, from the people. #vigo #spain #travelphotography
