Paramount has reached a deal with California Attorney General Rob Bonta and 11 other state A.G.s that clears a major obstacle acquiring Warner Bros.

Per the Wall Street Journal, the two sides are in “advanced talks” to resolve the case. A spokesperson for California Attorney General Rob Bonta's office said the discussions are “confidential.”
