The most common tip I give freelancers is to: 1. Learn something 2. Record what you've learned and teach it to others in your own way 3. Repeat This shows your growing skills and your confidence to teach Here's where I started 👇 youtu.be/ioSJtdNXHoo

"vibe coding" and calling yourself a dev without actually knowing the fundamentals of code is just like barely reaching space for 10 minutes and saying you're an astronaut who did science.

Starting another project for a new client. That One Couple is doing fun things for fun clients. I mean, just look at this color palette. You'd never think that this is for a Chief Security Officer.

So we can't control the sort order of items in a nested collection list in @webflow still? Anyone got a workaround for this rather than telling my client to manually reorder all 72 books that she's written? 🫠

The rollercoaster of freelance continues. Lost a client, but it gives me more time to start working on ways to do something creative to find the next one.

To my fellow freelancers. Don't forget to give yourself grace ❤️ Don't expect yourself to be 100% everyday. Life happens. If you or a family member gets sick, they are your first priority. Work, your diet plan, your fitness routine can wait. Just get back on it when you're ready

I don't believe "sleep if for the weak." I believe sleep is for the privileged. If you're lucky enough to be able to sleep consistently without anxiety, then you've found balance. I'm finally rejecting hustle culture from my mindset. (btw, this isn't an ad.)
