Trying my hand at a fermented hot sauce. Mostly Buena Mulata peppers, but threw in some long hots I had sitting around and a handful of ghost peppers. Left all the seeds in.

I was trying to fall asleep and instead the cat and I spent two hours chasing a bat who somehow got into the house. Which we caught. Next stop. Health department!
