Today marks 10 years since the Pulse nightclub tragedy in Orlando. We remember the 49 lives lost, honor survivors and families, and recognize the enduring strength of the community that came together in its aftermath. 49 lives. 49 legacies. Forever remembered. 🏳️‍🌈 #PulseRemembranceDay #PrideMonth
Graphic for Pulse Remembrance Day by Feel Good Action. The background shows a crowd gathered outdoors at a memorial event, with people holding signs and raising their hands in remembrance. Large rainbow-gradient text reads "Pulse Remembrance Day."

The graphic states: "Today, we remember the 49 lives taken at Pulse nightclub on June 12th, 2016. Ten years later, we honor the victims, survivors, families, first responders, healthcare workers, and everyone whose lives were forever changed by that night."

A highlighted section reads: "As Orlando begins construction on a permanent memorial, we remember not only the tragedy, but the lives, stories, and love that continue to endure."

At the bottom, rainbow-colored text reads: "49 lives. 49 legacies. Forever remembered."

The graphic commemorates the 10th anniversary of the Pulse nightclub tragedy and honors those affected while recognizing the ongoing legacy of the victims and the resilience of the community. 🏳️‍🌈

You’ve been doing research and find you share many characteristics with Autistic people. You’ve read some Autistic peoples' stories and resonated with their experiences. You tend to get along best with Autistic or otherwise neurodivergent people. Maybe someone even asked or assumed you are Autistic.

STI prevention is about more than just condoms! Swipe through for tips on staying safe.
April is STI Awareness Month
STI prevention is about more than just condoms! Swipe through for tips on staying safe.Talking to your partner(s): Before you ever have sex with someone, have a chat about STI prevention. Have you both been tested recently? How many partners do each of you have? Will you use condoms? Work together to make a mutually agreeable decision.

Remember, you can always say “no” if you aren’t comfortable.Getting tested
The CDC recommends sexually active adults get tested for STIs every 6-12 months.

If you are at higher risk for STI’s - for example, living in an area with high STI rates or having multiple partners - you may consider testing more often.

You should also test if you have symptoms, before having sex with a new partner, or if you think you have been exposed to an STI.Not all STI's have symptoms
Sometimes, an STI may be obvious. Unusual discharge, pain when urinating, and certain rashes can all point to an infection.

Other times, there may be no visible symptoms. That’s why regular testing is important.

The only way to know for sure if you have an STI is to get tested.
