The New Academic Year is underway, and Minds Matter Islington are out at Capital City College Group campuses for their 'Welcome Fests' engaging students in tips for their wellbeing. We engaged dozens at Angel last week. This week we are at Finsbury Park and Holloway Road sites.

Minds Matter Islington were one of the stalls at yesterday's Peace Tournament football competition. We offered wellbeing tips, alongside stalls from NHS Sexual Health & Street Doctors emergency first aid skills. We engaged over 40 teenage footballers in stress management & breathwork exercises.

Stage two of our Ways to Wellbeing 'Planting an Idea' is complete. We Took Notice to how the spider plants were rooting, & potted them up, hoping they establish, with a little TLC. When ready, we will Keep Active & go for a walk, Connect with the community & Give them away.
