would've liked to post the pic w/ the vid, but i forgot bsky doesn't let you do that 🙃 also linking the site where i bought her, but fyi that she's VERY expensive; apparently that's par for the course w/ resin figures 🤷‍♀️ www.kaioland.com/en/product/t...

bskyでclair obscurのファン少いようで、残念すぎる‼️‼️‼️‼️ 😫 だって、とんでもなくハマってるから、できるだけ絵とか楽しい議論とか見たいよ… 🥲 今までプレイした中で、圧倒的に優れて1番好きなゲームなんだ　クリアしてからずっと頭から離れないのは当然だね 🫠 (i will be a professional clair obscur glazer until the day. i. die. idgaf 🙂‍↔️)

you’re very welcome! 😊 i had a LOT of fun writing it, and i was excited to surprise you with it too 🤣🤭 you can absolutely share it on twitter 😊 and it’s funny timing b/c i started using twitter a little bit again recently 🤣 i was just lurking for a week or so before i finally started posting some 🤭

omg work has been exhausting for me too 😭 in fact, i spent almost the whole weekend sleeping 😅🙃 ty ty for sharing your detailed impressions❣️i’m especially happy abt it seeming like smth you could see in game 🥹 i always try to make sure everyone’s in character so it CAN feel the way you described 🙂‍↕️

omfg i’m glad you liked my fic, much less enough to want to gush abt it‼️🥹💗 srsly, ruto + zelda is criminally under-explored 🥲 spending as much time as i did thinking abt their dynamic while writing made me realize just how interesting/fun it’d be (and ended up making ruto/zelda my fav oot ship! 🤭)

@shlvd.bsky.social 러버씨 생일 축하해‼️🥳 (sry i'm late!😭) i'd wanted to write abt your hc of ruto being the reason zelda's recorded in zora history for a while! i finally started a few weeks b4 your bday when i realized how close it was, b/c i thought i'd finish in time… 🫠 archiveofourown.org/works/83131506

not the best gameplay since i'm a casual, but i was one warlock punch away from dying, so i'm happy w/ how i won ✌ while it's fitting that this turned into a 1 vs 1 with ganondorf, i was actually pretty annoyed abt it lol. i was trying to leave mewtwo alive b/c he's the easiest to fight solo 🙃

whoever came up w/ event 47 needs to be incarcerated 💢 the middle area is the "everyone beats the shit out of you & you're punted into oblivion in 30 secs if you're a heavy char, 5 if you're light" zone…BUT IT'S THE SAFEST SPOT 😭 this is deadass that temple stage meme, but with only 2 kinds of areas

100

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 05/03/2026

decided to do classic with zelda one last time before finishing up event matches, and this was the ONLY time in all the many many MANY runs of classic mode i've done that my cpu teammate was a little shit and taunted with me after we KO’d someone lol

000

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

since i've done all star w/ everyone i want to, i guess i'll consider my playthrough finished after i clear all the events? i wish there were more modes/things to do cuz i kinda want to keep playing, but tbf, ssbm is a fighting game at the end of the day 🤷‍♀️

000

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

on a less unhinged note, i like the refs in link's & zelda's all star congrats pics! and i thought it was a funny coincidence that roy's pic kinda gives "3 goddesses ref" in terms of colors + positioning 💀 i prob never would've noticed if i hadn't finished all star w/ him shortly after zelda tho lol

040

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

gonna start all star mode soon, so i thought i'd get some more practice in first, and omfg this combo?????? this would never work against a real person (much less one who knows what they're doing), and i DEF can't do this reliably lol, but i'm still proud of it 😌

000

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

ended up talking w/ a friend abt a good non-literal translation for もらった; they suggested "checkmate" & i was like "wait, that's kinda genius???" not only would someone saying "checkmate" after a random competition def give the same vibe, it also reminds me of that "heh, nothing personal kid" meme 😭💀

030

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

(i deadass just tanked my mood by thinking about how these two went through some absolute bullshit…WHILE LISTENING TO THE CLAIR OBSCUR SOUNDTRACK 🤦‍♀️ as beautiful as the music is, that was a terrible choice lmao. lemme go walk it off 😅)

000

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

and now that i know marth's as bad as oot zelda at accepting praise, "vain" is the LAST thing i'd call him made me think abt their similarity: both are like "i was just doing my job as prince(ss). lots of ppl helped me, so praise THEM" and difference: zelda is also coming from a place of DEEP guilt

100

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

on this note, i thought marth's みんな見ていてくれ taunt was vain when i first played ssbm. now that i've played fe 1/fe 11, i realize it's him telling his comrades/the ppl who died b/c of the coup to watch over him as he retakes altea 😢 also gives context to his 僕は負ける訳には行かないんだ/今日も生き延びることが出来た victory lines…

BEAT CLASSIC MODE WITH YOUNG LINK AND I WAS *NOT* READY 😭😭😭 talk abt the value of a replay omg! i'd TOTALLY forgotten abt this congrats screen cuz it meant nothing to me when i first played melee. coming back to this after having finished oot, i feel like i got hit with a sledgehammer

next three! i actually kinda didn't want to unlock pichu because now i'm going to have to see it in every game mode from now on 😭 on the bright side, i kinda fuck with falco (cheesed the HELL out of 100-man melee by picking DK and spamming down b the whole time 💀), and i finally got bb link! 🥰

beat adventure w/ ganondorf & the congrats pic reminds me that someone i follow on twt who played smash b4 zelda said this & a similar pic in ssbb is why she's a ganzel shipper lol ngl it IS fun that smash is a breeding ground for "idk these chars, idk AND idgaf abt canon. i'm shipping off vibes"
