bskyでclair obscurのファン少いようで、残念すぎる‼️‼️‼️‼️ 😫 だって、とんでもなくハマってるから、できるだけ絵とか楽しい議論とか見たいよ… 🥲 今までプレイした中で、圧倒的に優れて1番好きなゲームなんだ　クリアしてからずっと頭から離れないのは当然だね 🫠 (i will be a professional clair obscur glazer until the day. i. die. idgaf 🙂‍↔️)

whoever came up w/ event 47 needs to be incarcerated 💢 the middle area is the "everyone beats the shit out of you & you're punted into oblivion in 30 secs if you're a heavy char, 5 if you're light" zone…BUT IT'S THE SAFEST SPOT 😭 this is deadass that temple stage meme, but with only 2 kinds of areas

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 05/03/2026

decided to do classic with zelda one last time before finishing up event matches, and this was the ONLY time in all the many many MANY runs of classic mode i've done that my cpu teammate was a little shit and taunted with me after we KO’d someone lol

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

since i've done all star w/ everyone i want to, i guess i'll consider my playthrough finished after i clear all the events? i wish there were more modes/things to do cuz i kinda want to keep playing, but tbf, ssbm is a fighting game at the end of the day 🤷‍♀️

000

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

on a less unhinged note, i like the refs in link's & zelda's all star congrats pics! and i thought it was a funny coincidence that roy's pic kinda gives "3 goddesses ref" in terms of colors + positioning 💀 i prob never would've noticed if i hadn't finished all star w/ him shortly after zelda tho lol

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

finished all star with marth. naturally, i was completely normal about this pic—

gonna start all star mode soon, so i thought i'd get some more practice in first, and omfg this combo?????? this would never work against a real person (much less one who knows what they're doing), and i DEF can't do this reliably lol, but i'm still proud of it 😌

000

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

ended up talking w/ a friend abt a good non-literal translation for もらった; they suggested "checkmate" & i was like "wait, that's kinda genius???" not only would someone saying "checkmate" after a random competition def give the same vibe, it also reminds me of that "heh, nothing personal kid" meme 😭💀

030

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 04/03/2026

on this note, i thought marth's みんな見ていてくれ taunt was vain when i first played ssbm. now that i've played fe 1/fe 11, i realize it's him telling his comrades/the ppl who died b/c of the coup to watch over him as he retakes altea 😢 also gives context to his 僕は負ける訳には行かないんだ/今日も生き延びることが出来た victory lines…

BEAT CLASSIC MODE WITH YOUNG LINK AND I WAS *NOT* READY 😭😭😭 talk abt the value of a replay omg! i'd TOTALLY forgotten abt this congrats screen cuz it meant nothing to me when i first played melee. coming back to this after having finished oot, i feel like i got hit with a sledgehammer

young link classic mode congratulations pic

next three! i actually kinda didn't want to unlock pichu because now i'm going to have to see it in every game mode from now on 😭 on the bright side, i kinda fuck with falco (cheesed the HELL out of 100-man melee by picking DK and spamming down b the whole time 💀), and i finally got bb link! 🥰

010

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 03/03/2026

beat adventure w/ ganondorf & the congrats pic reminds me that someone i follow on twt who played smash b4 zelda said this & a similar pic in ssbb is why she's a ganzel shipper lol ngl it IS fun that smash is a breeding ground for "idk these chars, idk AND idgaf abt canon. i'm shipping off vibes"

ganondorf adventure mode congratulations pic

marzel mood reminded me how much i enjoy that them being "duty above all" ppl means they'd love but never prioritize each other. not romantic lol, but an interesting dynamic to explore: how would that relationship work? esp since, as royalty, they prob wouldn't have much free time to spend together

100

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 03/03/2026

went to camera mode to pull a "bong joon ho making his oscars kiss" w/ marth & zelda b/c ofc i did (crazy it took this long tbh lol) 💀 and was like "kid me was COOKING when she decided to ship them??" they'd be such a picturesque couple 💓 got SO lucky that they'd be a great match character-wise too!

omfg i'm doing adventure mode as roy & i'm in the maze. i deadass got grabbed by a redead, then another redead immediately after, i walked a few steps once it let go only for a like like to fall on my head, then i jumped up to the next corridor…and directly into the arms of another redead. BRUH 😭

beat adventure mode w/ marth ✌ actually hearing him speak, i totally forgot that his voice is a bit higher pitched in melee than in later games like FEH, despite him sometimes being the same age

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 28/02/2026

openly cackled at this event where you fight zelda/peach/samus being titled "beg your pardon for being cute" 😭 (the official eng is "girl power" 😒 BORING) reminds me of goldmary fire emblem always being like "sorry for blinding you w/ my beauty 😔" "sorry for being the best at everything i do 😔" 💀

120

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 28/02/2026

requiring 20 hrs of versus match time to unlock mewtwo is annoying af, BUT! apparently you can cut down the time with more human players…aka more controllers 🤭 will absoLUTELY be plugging in my spare ones and letting a match run overnight; i refuse to do it the intended way 😭

three easiest chars out of the way 🤗 forgot to take a screen, but i thought it was cute that in the msg you get when you unlock roy, they call him "young lion" like they do in his home game 🥺

"kid me refused to escape a coup that killed my dad until i was coerced & i have to wait years b4 i can take my country back (i hope the usurper fucking [redacted]) + nothing/no one will EVER be as important to me as my country + i won't accept praise, but i'll readily praise others" mirror match ✨

(side note: i'm rusty af omg 😭 i can't land a lightning kick to save my life i think that the faint muscle memory i still have of the ssbu mechanics from playing ssbu zelda somewhat competitively years back + the difs in how she & melee zelda play are making the learning curve steeper 🙃)

000

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 28/02/2026

🚨🚨 ‼️ M A A A A A A R T H ‼️ 🚨🚨 😭🥰🥳 no character will ever equal/surpass oot zelda ofc, but given marth is in the same "i can be…unhinged when it comes to them" category as her, i imagine i'll be yapping A LOT & generally being Very Weird abt *both* of them during this playthrough lol

000

PandasaurusRex🎉got her 1/4 scale OoT ZeIda figure‼️🎉 @thepaninis.bsky.social · 28/02/2026

aight, gonna focus on unlocking everyone. it'd make the most sense to go for jigglypuff or dr mario rn, buuuuuuuut i have my eye on one character that i WILL be speedrunning to 🤭

unlock requirements for hidden ssbm chars
