I don't know if it's because I've been fat most of my life, but hack squats haven't really been doing much for my calves. Everyone kept going "yeah bro your calves are gonna scream bro yeah bro bro" and it was just a letdown: Have these cats from Pearl's Ragdolls as a bonus.

For the first time ever, I have a cast iron pan. It's some crappy cast from Taiwan made in the 90's, but cleaning and seasoning it was more fun than I thought it'd be. Lets hope this doesn't become a new obsession.

Minced meat marinaded overnight in a lunchbox in the fridge. Ragu alla bolognese sauce, chopped onion, blackhorn mushroom, basil. There's some olive oil in there as well. Next time need to add a couple of tomatoes, but this turned out delicious.

We usually have more, though this is just a frozen lake outside my office. Here's one of the streets from a little bit back. Almost no snow; usually the roadsides are heaped with it until the trucks take it away every once in a while.
