iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

it’s a beautiful work and the art is definitely a part of it that makes me come back to it. congrats!

bored panda is hiring a video editor so i looked at the details and it's like 25 euro per video. so i checked if they are expecting the person to use ai and yea ok so they want a middle person.

i recently recommended subpar pool to two people (one of them already knew and had played the hell out of it) so i guess it's my current favourite exisitng mobile game on my mobile. hbd!

I wanna go on someone’s honeymoon for like a couple of weeks so that I can justify doing fun social things on a daily basis and still get to work when the couple wanna be alone

000

tbh that's just like showing how it could expand your sense of possibilities or whatever but the examples are just so rank i'm like, what happened to the world of advertisement? can't people get ads for actually attractive stuff anymore?

000

thanks for your input! yea that makes sense. i felt it's kinda weird to call it a remix when i've made extreme changes. like, i'd be totally benefitting from their hardwork but i'm also not really showing their work (as is at least). i might just do a detailed clarification instead.

000

genuine question, if you modify a realisitc 3d model of an everyday object extremely (removing lots of vertices, swapping certain parts of the meshes, resizing, etc.) would it still be considered a remix?

the thing that bugs me the most is that whoever did the copy did a no-nonsense universally relevant statement for the idea of encouraging everyone to make art (but the games look like shit? like, shittier than if anyone had made something? i mean, this is purely my subjective opinion, but, really??)

Did you know we got an early bird ticket offer this year? That means that you can see Jake Sherman, Thom Gill, Mr Woofmantic, and more for 169 DKK! That means your Friday and Saturday evening plans sorted with good live music! Pretty good offer tbh. I'd buy. So, don't miss it! billet.to/1993354-bsky

Early bird tickets available until 19 Oct 2026

I just saw Peter Sellers on the screen and I immediately thought, oh, the 5th beatle. I had never thought of that before but now it makes sense.

I read this as Ben Safdie for a second and I wondered if Benny Safdie bought Elfie.

i think i'm looking for a paid gig (ideally remote). big gigs are great but i'm down for smaller gigs too. (i'm mainly more useful in image/video editing and illustrations. idk what else i can do but i'm currently organising a festival) if you have any tips or leads i'm keen to hear!

i saw a linkedin post about an illustrator getting a gig offer to fix gen-ai art (ofc it ended badly) and i'm getting tempted to do that but in an obvious way, then i remembered where my thinking was earlier this year.

000

is "video games are bigger than wool" in nz/"warhammer is bigger than fish" in the uk like "mario can be bigger than cars" in japan? (idk if he can be that big even with a help of the mushroom)

it sounds so intense now that i know about your caffeine sensitivity but goddamn the daily sugar intake of guillermo del toroduring the production of blade ii. kinda matches with type ii diabetes.

idk if this is like another example of attention economy but sam altman appearing in a major media outlet and making sure that we vomit on a regular basis is very 1960s tv batman cesar romero joker.

that being said, right now i'm looking for paid gigs! hmu for money jobs

someone once said that you need three things in your life: a place to live, the means to make a living, and a (romantic) partner, but all of those things are hard to get in berlin. i feel like i can find a place to live before anything else (and if not, a job hopefully) and that's kinda comforting.

www.bfxr.net BFXR major update. I need to spend a *lot* more time with the presets of the instruments, but I was so immediately sold by the Mixfxr tool (that just overlaps two existing synths) that I had to put it live RIGHT AWAY. Try it out!

don't have time nor energy to do the 9 games but you know if the game is a third person 3d, has a horse or some form of violence or puzzle, swords or something else that's sharp, creepy but humane characters, or actually if it's top-down and you're a pixel or some sort, it might go into my list.

ah damn that sounds like proper medication

-nmental storytelling here which probably indicates the financial state of this household and his relationships with his family members and probably explains why he’s gonna do what he’s gonna do

6 minutes 48 seconds in and I see his house—especially the kitchen where he meets his wife after being greeted by his child who asks him if he brought anything to him whilst watching tv care free. the kitchen is not exactly a shiny place as we see a big seasoned boiler? water tank? prob a gr8 enviro

4 minutes 31 seconds in and I’m stopping here because I now know that the protagonist works as a cab driver because he doesn’t make enough money from teaching but he can’t tell that to his wife. That’s a strong start. It’s really clearly my fault that I’m not really engaging properly.
