Revisited the maraschino cherry girl idea but a different take, and I really like this design...... also suit because pretty!!!! #traditionalart

colored drawing of a Maraschino Cherry girl named Marah (probably!). the pencil drawings are freehand, just one pass. I've been enjoying freehand doodles a lot lately, realizing a lot of how they turn out depends on confidence. it's a fun practice! and a much less intensive way to draw a character over n over.

Some varied work I like, from a bit ago

A marker and fineliner drawing of two characters, both redraws of older, unrelated designs. A small, gold-wearing prince seems to direct a large, staff-wielding, crowned being.

A stylized female figure next to a sideways handwritten musing

A rough, stylized typography graphic for COMICAL CAUTION MIXTAPE (the fnf mod I'm doing. you know the one? yeah that one)

Very striking piece, and well said with your writing. This idea is why it irks me that AI people refer to human artists as ""antis""; we're only anti-AI because we are pro-CREATION.

concepts for a wax seal slimegirl and her seal-seal girl girlfriend

A blue sealing wax slimegirl. Her lower body is rectangular resembling a stick of sealing wax.

A soft-looking seal girl with poofy hair. She has long whisker-like eyelashes.

Concept sketches and design notes on the wax seal girl.

A very recent (for once!!!) drawing of Naples, and a slightly different take on him. a bit more lanky and "alien" was the intent.. #art #traditionaldrawing #ocart #ocs #thenikwell

A drawing of the Cautious creature. Naples, next to a written-out train of thought about what he should be doing in the drawing. There is small text with info about Naples in the bottom left, and stylized cryptic text in the top right.

Differently effected version of the previous artwork.

I went to art school... I had no clue this is what people meant by "warm ups". Like, a whole routine? Each part specific and functional? Dang. Probably would have less "forgot how to draw" days if I did these every time. I'm gonna try it.

Well carrd is kinda like linktree, right? I gather that you can connect a blog to it using plugins but as far as the blog itself, I've taken it that my best bet would be making my own website or something... I'm not really sure what's best practice X)
