Just got out of another great training session. Got to tighten up some lifts and graps that I haven’t done since returning. Got a lot of attention and focus so we could break down the mechanics and nails them. Took more bumps than I have in the last 3 months and it felt great.

Just saw a guy at the gym wearing a bullet club shirt so I went up to compliment him on his shirt being Too Sweet and the dude looked at me confused as I was doing the hand gesture. pretty sure he likes the shirt because there are guns on it, because any mark would have been pumped for recognition
