-Two days on my door & kids are lining up at the start of the day to greet me! -iPad cart has never looked better! -Even works at home! It’s AI, images aren’t perfect, but they are effective. The “Aura” era won’t last forever, but until it passes… #EduSky #Aura

Today is the day!! After weeks of prep, the fifth graders will follow the schedule, teach every lesson, run every routine, and completely own their learning. I will simply be a silent observer. #EduSky #LearnLAP #TLAP #SilentDay

Returning after an absence can be challenging. However, realizing you were missed definitely takes the edge off! #EduSky #tlap

I asked my fifth graders to write "words of wisdom" for a student teacher, about to begin her career. I've been teaching for 20 years & found inspiration in their advice. I thought others might as well. Straight from the source, here are their top 8. A thread 🧵... #EduSky #EdChat #Teaching

If I do my job well (& the next teacher does their job well) there is hope. Math, reading, science, critical thinking, collaboration, idea sharing, being a good person…all of it. #EduSky #AcademicSky

As part of our “AM Jam” (morning classroom routine) we announce who gets the couch for flex seating that day. A few weeks ago we added a standing ovation to the announcement. It has been pretty special to watch each morning! #Belonging #Community #Wonder #EduSky

Good Morning #EduSky! I’ve spent 20 years reading aloud stories to intermediate Ss. I’m passionate about finding books that capture, inspire, share perspectives, offer escape, and/or simply entertain. I’m posting covers of my top 5 favorites & would LOVE for you to comment with some of yours!

A2 - The tool is not new, but I keep finding new ways to use Seesaw in my elementary classroom. My Ss latest posts were quick videos they made solving multiplication problems...I was able to give instant, targeted feedback. #EduSkyChat
