Yakko and Wakko should leave the nurse alone. Firstly, she is just trying to do her job as a nurse. Secondly, she is clearly more woman than they could handle. She would destroy them, mind, body, and spirit.

Girl cats obviously have the same chance of being mean as any other cat, but most people only have a few cats in their life (not dozens like me 😵‍💫) They get one mean female cat and their internalized misogyny applies it to the whole gender lmao (Also yeah cat hate is often rooted in misogyny!)

ah damn, RIP Margaret Hamilton. she took safety-critical software engineering seriously, and got people to the moon and back. news.mit.edu/2026/margare...

The frequency of campus rapes, & their role in getting women to drop out of college, could be regarded as a 2nd stage in a process that starts by making it nearly twice as hard for qualified women to gain university admission compared to men. Excluding women from upward mobility is a policy choice.

Guardian headline about Japanese medical schools falsifying women applicants' test scores to avoid having to admit them.

One thing that's still nibbling in the back of my head about the Geller situation: I believe in rehabilitation and all that jazz, but why in the world did he decide of all things to become a YouTuber! You can't control how much you grow, trust me, but you have to know it's a possibility!

it was smart of jacob geller to only post about what he did to his 50k followers on here instead of to his 1.5 million youtube subs or on his patreon. that way fewer people know about it and he limits the financial hit

The last few lists got my hopes up that they were coming around to something closer to how I see things, but this list very clearly proves otherwise. Which is fine, they're allowed. It's just disappointing is all

Thempire Iain 🏳️‍🌈🧡🏳️‍⚧️ @thempireiain.neocities.org · 07/10/2026

I'm more just back to how I was when the format began. This is exactly the philosophy they had before, just more refined so to speak. It's still probably more fun that advanced, but it'll never be exactly what I want. But that's probably fine

Thempire Iain 🏳️‍🌈🧡🏳️‍⚧️ @thempireiain.neocities.org · 07/10/2026

And I get its like hard for a lot of people to see that forest for the trees, the forest of wrong headed development that accidentally gets to something approximating the right answer, but I dunno it matters to me

110

Thempire Iain 🏳️‍🌈🧡🏳️‍⚧️ @thempireiain.neocities.org · 07/10/2026

Yeah this is the thing, i think on the whole this list will make genesys feel better, except for maybe the changes to the high power hand traps But the changes on the bad power cards will make the outliers worse than they were before

110

Thempire Iain 🏳️‍🌈🧡🏳️‍⚧️ @thempireiain.neocities.org · 07/10/2026

It's like a very "well these cards aren't allowed to be played in main format but we can make them acceptable for play here so we should aim for that" but like maybe I don't want "acceptable" maybe I want good and fun

010

Thempire Iain 🏳️‍🌈🧡🏳️‍⚧️ @thempireiain.neocities.org · 07/10/2026

I'm generally thinking most of them aren't good enough to see the kinda play that gets their points back. So it's just gonna be annoying when you run into them on a more casual level

One interesting aspect of making a visual novel is determining how much text is displayed on screen at one time Do you put one sentence at a time, one whole thought at a time, bor do you take a more flexible approach? Not something you often think about until you're on the other side of the screen

I know I'm preaching to the choir here but it's quite frankly insane that youtubers have like actually literally no control over a situation like this occuring. Disputes don't go to YouTube, they go to The Guy Who Lied Once Already. What do you think will happen.
