#nzpol Yes! Every govt policy regarding people's entitlements should be automatically implemented for MPs. I'd put ACT on the training wage to start with. Remove their accommodation allowance. Reduce the kiwisaver contributions. Require them to apply and re-apply for every benefit they get.

#nzpol Rates cap, my 2 cents worth of. 3 waters is exempt, and ASAIK in Ōtautahi it accounts for about 50% of the rates rise. Also, fees and charges are exempt, cue an increase in fees and charges. What is stopping councils from inflating CVs? Yet again, a sound bite without any thinking.
