I'm happy that men are learning to cook but until they've spent years doing all the planning, shopping, prep and clean up I'll withhold my applause. Cooking two nights a week is Not in the same ball park.

I have a euro friend I like to terrorize with my grocery purchases. Sometimes I'll send them the ingredient list for frozen Salisbury steak, other times its a pic of my cat next to a Costco size brick of cheese and half a years worth of laundry detergent.

My sister had a friend throw foil confetti in her room for her birthday. 15 years and 5 moves later I still find it! Bats seem more fun than the Happy 16th and the math it evokes.

85ºF. The closest early voting place took young, lively students 45 minutes to march to. An hour and 1/2 to get on line at the polls and turnaround to go home. Some folks aren't up to that exertion in the heat. In NYC – I walk 3 blocks to a poll. Everyone should have convenient access to voting.

Yeah I think my parents came home to that one with us doing our full twin I cry/hurt when you cry/hurt routine. We never left the thing on the floor again! But we did leave it plugged on the bathroom counter for whole weekends.

My sister decided to do her hair in front of a floor length mirror while sitting on the floor. When she finished she didn't turn the iron off and went about getting ready. She then stepped on it and gave herself second degree burns. Dad still made her go on the field trip the next day.

One summer day while my sister and I were home alone she forgot the water in her ramen. It caught fire. We weren't allowed to cook (or flat iron our hair) while we were home alone until we were 16 (yes there was also a flat iron incident).

I have a female friend who's a veteran. She gets a lot of calls about various veteran services and discounts. They always ask to speak to her husband which automatically gets them on her "do not do service with" list because women have been in the military for decades?

8 months is amature work. The real ADHDers have done the math and it costs the same to get a ticket and have to fix it in a hurry than to just pay the property tax on time (we don't back tax on cars in my state).

That would be a) do not watch live, b) scrub through the whole video before watching it, c) watch in as small a window on your screen as possible, d) sound off, e) black and white, or better, fully invert your monitor colors; e) upside down; f) run through a blur filter of at least 5% if possible
