At this point I don't know whether to laugh (from delirium) or cry. Mom just fell out of bed at the nursing home and headed to ER. Like... ffs her husband just died two days ago! Can we not?!?! Haven't slept yet - insomnia 6AM. Gonna try to crash a few hours.

I think I planned the rest of the month out for food, snacks and drinks perfectly. I haven't meal prepped more than two days before but my cousin (who loves to cook) can help me make containers and write dailys I can follow easy. 😊

My estranged adoptive father passed away this morning & is odd how the grief it hitting. Not at all how I thought it would be but that could also be the shock still. It is a relief in many ways & in others added stress to the mountain of stressors already. Rn I just want to take a nap. So I will.

This is pretty accurate but I also deleted all the ai "About Me" data from Amazon after this. Also before I took a screen grab it said I like skull motifs. Never been into skulls in general. I think they got this from the amount of Kuromi stuff I look up. She has a cute skull on her hat.

I was just thinking about competition mindset. Outside of a game setting if you view other people as competition that's not only exhausting but a self-limiting mindset. What do you mean there can only be "one best" friend, vocalist, expert, master-craftsperson? Those are tiers, not individuals.

Welp, I have to start being ruthless what I am keeping and what is being packed. That means I am not holding anything for anyone in this house. It all has to go including huge furniture items. My room will be the exception everywhere else needs to be basically sterile looking as it is walked into.

The "who is more disabled & deserving" ideology is stupid. If you are disabled = you are disabled, regardless if you can walk some or not at all. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user myself. Often I can just use my cane. On the rare day I can go without either. In all situations I'm still disabled.

I tried doing a sweet Fall surprise for mom going to the local farm for pumpkins, kettle corn and lemonade but instead I ended up pinching a back nerve so hard it gave me a splitting migraine and am back home in bed. 😮‍💨 Being disabled and chronically ill sucks the fun out of everything sometimes.

Had a heart to heart with the house egragor. It's very proud to be a gaurdian and hold the legacy & memories of the home. However, exhausted & fearful of what's next; mirroring my feelings. It asked to make some changes, so the rest of this week will be working to step into harmony & safety again.

I get to choose what I do 24/7 & what my life will be for the 1st time at 42 years old. This includes limiting access to me & my home. It was exhausting & had me constantly on edge having the "door" always open. I need peace & routine to survive this transition.

The systems designed to support disabled people are almost always ableist and assume that the disabled person has non-disabled relatives that can easily navigate the system on their behalf. Did my first ever ancestry session with my decks & shadow work. I cried. It felt very straightforward (which I need for communication all around), hard truths about inherited issues and learning from their mistakes. It also felt supportive, as I made sure nothing nefarious could come in.
