Canada doesn’t charge American farmers 400% tariffs. It isn’t an export tax, it is an import tax. Canadian businesses and consumers have to pay that tax just like American businesses and consumers have to pay the Trump tariffs on imported goods. Who, besides him, doesn’t understand this?!
