The companies that wrote the checks or the people that imposed the tariffs and then bought the rights to refunds for 30 cents on the dollar because they knew they’d eventually be repealed. Criminals are going to crime and the rich are going to get richer 🙄.

If there are any refunds they will go to the American companies that paid the tariffs but not the consumers they passed those costs on to OR to people in the Trump regime like Lutnick who bought up refund rights for 30 cents on the dollar. The rich get richer and we pay the cost.
