the rphub stuff sucks. like it just really takes the wind out of my sails that outside of tiny pockets tucked away in social media that you have to curate/craft yourself, existing as a fat person of color is just constantly being scrutinized and demeaned and dehumanized

anyway, large breasts and body fat are constantly sexualized for no fucking reason while skinny bodies are not. fat bodies and large breasts are considered fetish content before they are considered People Existing in Their Bodies as Nature Intended in the Same Clothes as Thin People.

In the background Yda is raising her arms, a wide grin on her face. Yda has been blurred out - appearing as if she is a memory on Lyse's mind.

a quiet moment { #karottepatch ‧ #viera ‧ #GPOSERS ‧ #🥩 }

Valentyne, a dark skinned female viera, rests her elbows on a railing overlooking Ishgard. Snow falls from an overcast sky and in the background is the blurred sight of a cathedral. She holds a cigarette holder loosely between the fingers of one of her gloved hands, the end not quite at her lips. Her head rests on her opposite hand as she looks morosely towards something off screen.

hanneli, a midlander with long dark hair and a glowing eye peers out from the trees. she is wearing a white flowy dress with no shoes, much too under-dressed for the cold weather she is in. she seems entirely unaffected, staring deeply into the viewer, perhaps even beyond them. she holds one hand behind her back, hiding something. in front of her is a broken mirror showing no reflection, with a trail of blood leading to it. it does not seem to be hanneli's blood.

it is almost funny how much easier it feels to do anything for valentyne. from designing her to gposing her to writing about her, it all feels astronomically easier. the real lesson is that i shouldn't fight against myself so hard out of fear but i'm choosing to ignore that lesson :)

Valentyne's inability to cope with guilt is her primary motivating factor for her activities. She feels guilt and remorse deeply and she struggles to make sense of that feeling or reconcile it. This is initially what drives her towards the church after she comes to Ishgard. { #karotteinspo ‧ #🥩 }
