Thanks @thejerpano.bsky.social for the chance to write about #informationwarfare in the C19. Similarities between tactics in the 1830s and 2020s is pretty incredible. Instead of #AI and #socialmedia its newspapers and voluntary associations, but the deceptions and harms remain pretty consistent.
