Always loved how this #IGPX race begins with "Day" by Jaga Jazzist. And, on a side note, I also love the way the VIP seats are designed.

This scene. With the 2 songs used here in the #Toonami version. Wow, I love this show. #IGPX

The premiere of the first broadcasting of the HD remastered version of season 2 of #IGPX is about to begin! I won't be able to live post every episode, but I'll see you all in a few!

I'd love to go to this restaurant someday. Another awesome-looking location in #IGPX

What a great little scene. Liz finally gets over her hatred for cats and has a great moment with Luca. Now she just needs to get over her hatred for dogs. #IGPX

I love how Luca does human-like things when he's in the mech with Amy, like winking with one eye, but then is basically a normal cat otherwise, when outside the mech. #IGPX

Fun fact: The protestors in this scene chant their anger in the Japanese version of the show, while they are silent in the English versions (Toonami and I.G versions) of the show.

Ending the episode with "Warm Waves". Very fitting for this nighttime scene. And there goes another fun episode of #IGPX Now time for bed. Hope to do another live posting for a future episode when I can ✌️

What a stunning set piece I.G made for this scene. And there are more awesome-looking scenes to come. #IGPX

This action sequence with Takeshi is phenomenal in the #Toonmai version with these two songs. It makes the scene feel cool and epic. The songs are by Amon Tobin and Blockhead. #IGPX

I really love the music choices that Toonami made in this episode, and this track by Skalpel is a good one. #IGPX

Andrei being very coach-like by illustrating breaking enemy defenses by trying to break the cup. Flick! #IGPX

Tom Kenny as Benjamin Bright. It's like the character was written for Tom. "I can't take it!" #IGPX

We get our first listen to the song "Pulse" here. The Toonami version uses it throughout the series. I think it fits the scene well. And way to go Mark for humbly trying to help the team stay afloat. #IGPX

The tension between Andrei and Miss Satomi gets a little intense. I always liked that this show didn't shy away from more mature themes despite it targeting a slightly younger demographic. And, wow, the set pieces are just so awesome. #IGPX

8 hours out from a very big #NintendoDirect, here are my 3 predictions/wishes: 1. Ocarina of Time 4K (only because of all of the rumors) 2. Star Fox Adventures on NSO 3. A new F-Zero game (this would be awesome but we've waited this long with nary a hint at a new game)

Merry Christmas, everyone! Production I.G made this holiday post decades ago featuring Amy from IGPX (and other I.G properties)

Today marks a big anniversary for #IGPX - the 20th anniversary of the first US broadcast on #Toonami. The second episode also aired on this day 20 years ago, (November 5) and that really hooked me into the series. I don't think it's an exaggeration that to say it was a life-changing day for me.

On October 5th, 2005, 20 years ago today, the first episode of #IGPX aired in Japan for the first time on TV Asahi. I made this post simply to commemorate the 20th anniversary of IGPX, and I'll be back for the anniversary of the US premiere in a month! (new YT video coming before then!!)

The #IGPX 401 action report is now live, with more info on IG mechs, and some new exclusive info (a kind of "Did you know?!" section) that delves into the point system a bit more and the kinds of people who make up the "audiences" of the IGPX. theigpx.com/aar#igpx-401

I was combing through the original #IGPX Japanese DVD pamphlets (off which the action reports are based) and came across this image in the section for screenshots for "pit garages", different from the final version used in the show. There also appears to be a Satomi mech just lying on the ground 🫥

Hey everyone, I'll need more time to finish the next #IGPX action report, but it's a little more than halfway done. Instead of making you all wait, here is what I have so far. Hoping to get the rest done before February, so stay tuned! theigpx.com/aar#places-t...

A quick update on the roadmap for the next #IGPX fan site updates: in short, lots of action reports. I'll probably only get one done before Christmas, but it's a big one: the special, never-before-released Satomi Midfield Mech report. I can't wait to share that with everyone. Here's a sneak peek:
