The retail health "experiment" coming back to bite us is a prime example of how we didn't do our homework when thinking about broadly assuming patients and caregivers needed/wanted/found value in these experiences before going all in. Yes! In what other industry is it this "acceptable" to create so much friction for people who are at their most vulnerable. The marketer/UX brain is so overwhelmed how simple, yet impactful, the little things. Empathy shouldn't be an innovation. But sadly, it's a "differentiator" #HITsm #ViVEvent25

I suppose it's borderline wishful thinking, but I'm also looking forward to seeing patient and caregiver voices take (more of a) center stage at #ViVE25 in terms of influence on market trends. Even better would be tangible steps towards including those voices in business strategy. #HITsm
