Yeah, i am someone w a lot of dental anxiety and the drills certainly dont help. I even wear them for deep cleanings to kinda self soothe. I *hate* the sounds. Music always works. I just usually have like heavy metal so theres no sounds that slip through if yhat makes sense

I dont have hypermobility but resonated w this, my chronic pain issues are ridiculous and i always need to move. I had dogs growing up that would get up and pace back and forth when their hips hurt them as they aged and my autoimmune disease has me understanding them more. 💜
