#JustBeatIt #MetalGearSolid4 via the MGS Collection Vol 2. Legendary game and I still love it. A phenomenal finale to one of my favorite game series of all time. ""Snake... had a hard life." 🫡

#JustBeatIt #LadyDeath Demonicron, an old-school style beat 'em up based on great comic series. I played co-op with a friend. Game-play is pretty basic, animation is neat, and there's a lot of fan service. It's pretty short and the ending is abrupt. I was a Kickstarter backer too.

Recent watches: 12 Monkeys - rewatch Rick & Morty S9 - still love it President Curtis - good stuff Lower Decks S1 - Very funny, great Star Trek My Science Project - enjoyed Resident Evil - My favorite RE live action. It's a rando NPC story (think npc story audio logs in game), it really works.

I've always enjoyed Mystery Men. When you want to watch non-Marvel/DC "super" hero movie with some laughs, this is one of them to put on your list. The cast is great!

#JustBeatIt #Prey (2017). I have no excuse why I haven't played this until now - especially because I'm a huge fan of Arkane Studios. I've confirmed what everyone else says about it, it's excellent! Immersive sim can be a challenge but they nailed it, as Arkane does. Do recommend!

New pickups over the last couple months. Shantae's Risky Revolution to finish the PS5 collector's edition set. Gal Guardians Servants of the Dark because I enjoyed the first so much. Finally got my Kickstarter Eiyuden Chronicles OST and pin. Lastly, probably the final A2 statue for my collection.

#JustBeatIt #Castlevania Circle of the Moon, the first of the GameBoy Advanced trilogy. It's solid. The arena is absolutely the worst and got through it only thanks to rewind with the collection. I'm looking forward to getting into the other Iga-vanias now. I had a good time and got 100% of the map.

#JustBeatIt #GalGuardians Demon Purge, a really fun Classicvania with some level revisting for gated exploration. It's based in the Gal Gun universe, but is a different genre via Inti Creates, who's know for their excellent platformers. Platinum trophy didn't take much extra work so I got that too.

#JustBeatIt #NeonInferno, an really cool run-n-gun. It looks amazing, tons of detail and the effort is glaring. Mixes things up with foreground and background shooting. There's some driving sections too. Everything about it was cool. I played co-op with a friend.

#JustBeatIt #TMNT Shredder's Revenge (again). Ran through again with some friends with the new characters. Of course the game is great. Mona Lisa is now my favorite character (at least in this game).

#JustBeatIt #Pragmata Very cool game. Story is interesting and the game-play is unique. Kinda lame they put the "secret" or "true" ending behind hours worth of challenges that I'm not going to do.

The first episode of the new Ghost in the Shell adaptation released today on Amazon. This is a direct, and first proper adaptation of the original manga and it's spot on. Love it! I bought the manga back in '97 after seeing the first anime film probably in '96, and have been a massive fan since.

#JustBeatIt #Deltarune Chapter 5. Another great chapter in this saga and I've been loving the journey. I also beat the secret boss that seemed easier than the others, and I'm not complaining. It was still a challenge for sure, but appreciated the "break".

The band Archspire just released their documentary (unlisted atm) about the creation of the latest album while also going independent. It was really good. Also, backers didn't our name in the album liner notes but are in the credits of the documentary.

#JustBeatIt #MarvelCosmicInvasion I was fortunate to be able to run through this with a couple friends. The animation and whatnot is awesome, but otherwise it's a pretty basic beat 'em up. Not a bad thing, but not a great thing either.

#JustBeatIt #ScottPilgrim EX. I ran through this with a friend and really enjoyed it. I liked how it was more seamless transition rather than stages. It was a bit easier than the first game but that's totally cool. If you liked the first Scott Pilgrim game, definitely play. PS. Paul Robertson ftw

#JustBeatIt #NightfallEmpress, a Kickstarter Metroidvania. You're a high rank succubus who's working with an angel to take down a corrupted church/empire. Game-play and music are simple but I enjoyed the game. Nudity is just because, nothing further. Animation is good. I got the true ending.

#JustBeatIt #DiabloIV Lord of Hatred. Loved it! The story was really good but it could have been longer. I can't complain because it took me way longer to get through from doing all sidequests, statue hunts, and general Diablo things while progressing. The game is in the best state yet!
