Was given a sack full of okra, no idea if this will work. Cleaned, cut, blanched, shocked and placed on pan. Going in freezer to maintain shape. When I get back from work, I’ll weigh it and bag it in vacuum sealed bags. Also saved blanching broth with no real plan. #foodsky #cooking #cookingsky
