People think boycotts don’t help but in the end it helps me to create lasting peace of mind knowing I didn’t contribute to unearned success.

That means I won’t watch: - STREET FIGHTER - CLAYFACE (in 2026) + a few others from studios that are just as problematic *ahem MGM/Amazon. (Already bought a ticket for Dune prior to the merger news)

Yes, I will no longer be covering or watching upcoming Paramount / WB movies and tv-series. Nor, will I include them in my end of year discussions post-merger. Fuck David and Elon.

30 minutes into THE INVITE, I checked my phone and was surprised this movie hadn’t already been playing for over an hour. Damn it’s slow.

The more I think about it, the more I like it. It’s grounded to keep all the crazy monster stuff from going too wild, which I appreciated. Like what if you or I were in this situation, what would a normal person do or how would we react. I really appreciate that pov.

#ResidentEvil doesn’t translate a previously told game narrative to the big screen but borrows elements that make this another memorable horror movie going experience. Cregger directs the hell out of this with great cinematography, wonderful VFX and a fun screenplay. Abrams rules!

Loved the animation style of this, but can we keep this for more original storytelling?

Can’t wait to boycott everything Harry Potter and everyone that’s involved. Call it what you want, but it still funds Joanne’s anti-trans rhetoric that will (and already does) hurt an entire part of our society. Everyone that has worked on it is complicit. Fuck, JK Rowling.

Showing my five year old plus-daughter Britney’s videography and she is an instant fan. I did well.

The thing that’ll always stay with me that day is how I was making my way to the hospital and the world around me didn’t crumble but it kept going. People were living their lives and for me time stood still.

After countless tests it turned out to be a tumor attached to his spine, slowly damaging his nerves and basically taking away the strength he was so well known for. I rarely talk about this, but after 20 years I can say I wish he could’ve watch me grow up to be who I am today.

20 years ago, my dad died. I was 17, working a summer job, when I got the call he had passed away. He had been in pain for years, but the proud and stubborn man he was he kept thinking it would go away on its own.
