You can’t sit with us. Actually, Megan, I can’t sit anywhere. I’ve got haemorrhoids.

30 minutes into THE INVITE, I checked my phone and was surprised this movie hadn’t already been playing for over an hour. Damn it’s slow.

#ResidentEvil doesn’t translate a previously told game narrative to the big screen but borrows elements that make this another memorable horror movie going experience. Cregger directs the hell out of this with great cinematography, wonderful VFX and a fun screenplay. Abrams rules!

Loved the animation style of this, but can we keep this for more original storytelling?

Can’t wait to boycott everything Harry Potter and everyone that’s involved. Call it what you want, but it still funds Joanne’s anti-trans rhetoric that will (and already does) hurt an entire part of our society. Everyone that has worked on it is complicit. Fuck, JK Rowling.

20 years ago, my dad died. I was 17, working a summer job, when I got the call he had passed away. He had been in pain for years, but the proud and stubborn man he was he kept thinking it would go away on its own.

I bet you religious people don’t get the amount of LGBTQ+ “propaganda” as ads during their YouTube wormholes as I receive of them talking about The Book of Mormon or the Church of Jesus Christ of Laterwhatever Saint they push down my throat on a daily basis.

Also, I didn’t even know about the AI-article, but literally the opening scene looked so sus I couldn’t help but quickly google it. Turns out I’m still able to see what’s real and what isn’t. #AIslop

#ICECREAMMAM Using AI for a movie this bad?! DEATH, to all of them. Original kills, and the older sister acts adequately considering this movie has no story whatsoever. Eli Roth is now officially on my “don’t watch”-list. Lucky this was a free screening. I’d be so mad if I had paid to watch this.

What David Ehrlich wrote about the new Spider-Man movie can’t be more true: As the late Maya Angelou famously never said: “When someone tells you that there’s ‘No Way Home,’ believe them.”

Spider-Man: Brand New Day just had the biggest opening day for ANY Marvel film EVER in Belgium (Yes, bigger than Avengers: Endgame). And it had the second biggest opening day for ANY MOVIE EVER, yesterday. It couldn’t surpass Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.

As someone who’s been working in customer service for his entire career, I WILL tell you you’re bad at your customer service skills IN YOUR FACE. ESPECIALLY when I’m the one paying. Don’t give me a fucking attitude when I’m ordering my coffee. Good morning and goodbye. Bitch.

S1 of LEGION is a lot of nothing masquerading as elevated television. The high scores are mainly focused on how much it reminds them of “Twin Peaks”, while I see that as an insult to the latter. Why is this so experimentally stretched out as a story? Not sure if I can sit through 2 more seasons…

Seth Bob-Omb @theflemishseth.bsky.social · 28/07/2026

Trailer dropped for that MAGAmount fantasy epic of which the writer doesn’t want anything to do with anymore. It looks atrocious. And what’s with the song choice? Hope those who are looking forward to it think twice before they support that studio, but “enjoy” that January release, I guess?
