It's Cadet Malört Besk (and Sparky, her hover drone)!
She is a ysoki mechanic in a Starfinder RPG campaign. She build a drone, designated SPK-1, or "Sparky," from scrap in the junkyards of the planet Akiton where she grew up.
Malört also comes with her own anime-style theme song.
