as many other people are saying in response to this, this absolutely did not happen. I was in 6th grade english class when they just turned the TVs on and I don't think I even knew what the towers were. there was no bond, I was just confused and propagandized to be terrified of brown people.

Some people might not be aware, but it is entirely possible that without Dolly Parton we wouldn’t have had a COVID vaccine. She partly funded Moderna’s research and gave the largest individual contribution to make it all happen. Just gives you an idea of the kind of person she was.

I've gotten lots of DMs asking if I'm fine YEAH I'm fine dw about me there were no big damages in my city. some of the regions where it hit really hard are pretty impoverished regions though so if you see any donation/relief links around it'd be appreciated for sure
